Shipping policy

Please ensure the shipping address you have provided is correct. We will only ship to the address that is supplied at checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Box or Parcel Lockers. 

Online store orders are dispatched from the store within 48 hours of ordering. (Except if the ordering day falls on a public holiday, then it is shipped the following business day). Unfortunately, we are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date.

No order will be delivered to an unattended address. All orders MUST be signed for on delivery, and the person receiving the order MUST be over the age of 18yrs. The courier may request identification for proof of age. The courier also reserves the right to deny delivery if they believe the person is underage, or under the influence (of alcohol, drugs or otherwise), or if it is unsafe to do so.

If the courier service try to make a delivery and the location is unattended, the package will need to be picked up from a collection point – this will be left on a collection card at the delivery address; or if your email was provided during your purchase, a notification will be sent with further instructions on how to collect your parcel. Alternatively, if the package is not collected within 5 days from the initial delivery attempt, it will be sent back to the Port Phillip Distillery. Re-delivery charges will apply if the order is to be resent.

In the instance the recipient has provided incorrect or out-of-date details, Port Phillip Distillery is not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery. Port Phillip Distillery must be notified of damage caused to goods during shipping, within 3 days of delivery. Replacement of goods will be coordinated by Port Phillip Distillery provided there is satisfactory evidence damage was caused during transit (Photo evidence may be requested).

We only accept orders within Australia and do not accept international orders.
